Pre-order payment and cancellation
Pre-orders are paid in full upfront. Cancellations of pre-orders will result in store credit only (no refunds will be given on canceled pre-orders).
Please note that we do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds due to production delays, shipping delays, or other delays from our suppliers.
If the product is no longer available from the supplier and we cannot fulfill a pre-order we will offer a full refund.
(Please do not pre-order if you are not happy to wait in the case of a delay. Delays are a common occurrence with Pokemon related products)
When will I receive my pre-order?
Orders that contain pre-order products will ship as soon as all the products in the order are available. Please note that the estimated arrival/release date from our supplier can change due to production/shipping delays. We will do our best to communicate and get the order to you as soon as possible!
Tip: If you want to order products that are in stock and also on pre-order, it may be best to create two separate orders so that your in-stock items can be shipped immediately.
Can pre-order prices change?
Our supplier occasionally alters the price once the preorder becomes available. This is due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in import costs. We will do our best to honour the pre-order prices unless there are extreme changes. In the event that the pre-order price change, we will notify you and send details on how to pay the difference. If you decide to cancel the pre-order at this point, we will not charge any cancellation processing fee.
We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. Sometimes our supplier receives limited stock and cannot supply all of the pre-order stock we require. In this situation we will allocate available stock starting from the earliest orders. Any pre-orders that we cannot fulfil can be refunded or converted to store credit.
